Aquacultured ORA Maxima Clam (egg crate behind is 3 Squares = 2”)

Clams are bivalves that come in many different sizes, colors and patterns. Clams can stay as small as a baseball or get as large as a small person, so it is best to choose your clam based on your aquarium size. Clams require similar conditions to Acroporas. High light, clean water and steady water parameters. Clams do not however require the same flow. Moderate flow is ideal for Clams. Some clams do fine on the sand bed and others do best on rocks. Keep in mind though, if they are not happy in a location, they can jump so keep a close eye on them after placement.
